1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Verbiqo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise able to enter into a binding contract where you live. If you use Verbiqo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. Beta software
Verbiqo is currently beta software. Features may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before using, sending, publishing, or relying on it, particularly where legal, financial, medical, security, or other important consequences may arise. Verbiqo does its best, working with the model you selected, but it can make mistakes; the final judgement is yours. This applies equally to summaries of documents and to answers about systems you connect, such as diagnoses of monitoring, log, or database data, which can be incomplete or wrong and are not a substitute for your own operational judgement.
3. Licence and permitted use
Subject to these terms and any licence supplied with the software, Shrevin Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Verbiqo for its intended purpose. Trial access is time limited, to 30 days per computer. Continued use requires a valid signed licence.
A licence may be limited to a number of computers. Licences activated online are tied to each computer by a device identifier and must be able to reach verbiqo.app at least once every 37 days to remain active; you can free a computer's place by deactivating it. Licences may be revoked where they are refunded, misused, or issued in error. What is sent for activation is described in the Privacy Policy.
Fees and refunds. The price, edition, number of computers, and duration of a paid licence are those stated in your order or quotation, and fees are payable as stated there. Unless your order says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a licence has been issued, except where a refund is required by applicable law or we are unable to provide the licensed software. If a licence is refunded, it is revoked. A separate written agreement with an organization takes precedence over this paragraph.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Verbiqo, attempt to bypass licensing or security controls, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring that you are permitted to process it through your chosen AI provider. If you connect Verbiqo to monitoring, logging, database, or other systems, you must be authorized to access them, and you are responsible for the credentials you configure and for whether data from those systems may be sent to your chosen AI provider.
5. AI providers and infrastructure
Verbiqo connects to AI models and infrastructure configured by you or your organization. Those services are separate from Verbiqo and may have their own terms, fees, data practices, availability, and output restrictions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of model output.
6. Privacy and confidential information
Use of Verbiqo is also subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for deciding whether selected text or documents may be sent to the configured endpoint and for applying appropriate organizational controls to confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary information.
Some applications require Verbiqo's disclosed keyboard and clipboard fallback. Although Verbiqo minimizes clipboard exposure, marks replacement content for compatible clipboard managers, restores the prior clipboard, and allows the fallback to be disabled, third-party clipboard-history software may retain the original selection created by Cmd+C or Ctrl+C. You or your organization are responsible for deciding whether that compatibility path is appropriate for the content being processed and for disabling clipboard history or enforcing Verbiqo's no-fallback setting where retention is not acceptable.
7. Ownership
Verbiqo, its software, branding, website, and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Shrevin Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Verbiqo includes open-source components that are licensed under their own terms, listed in the notices supplied with the software. These terms do not transfer ownership of Verbiqo or grant rights to its trademarks. As between you and Verbiqo, you retain your rights in the content you submit, subject to the terms of your chosen AI provider.
8. Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Verbiqo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every application, model, endpoint, or operating-system configuration.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shrevin Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Verbiqo. To the same extent, our total liability arising out of or relating to Verbiqo is limited to the fees you paid for Verbiqo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the software and these terms as the product develops. The current terms and their update date are published on this page. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice on the website or with the release notes of the app version it applies to before the change takes effect; continuing to use Verbiqo after that date means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are materially breached, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or Verbiqo. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
